This website, including all of its contents, distinctive elements, creative works, graphic materials, and functionalities, is the exclusive property of ANIMA EDIT SHOES S.r.l., with registered office at Via Andrea Massena no. 18, (20145) Milan, Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. 14473470962, REA MI – 2787741 (the “Company” or “ANIMA ES”), and is protected by national, European, and international intellectual and industrial property laws and regulations.

1. Ownership of Rights

All content displayed on the website, including trademarks, logos, naming, distinctive signs, designs, aesthetic configurations, models, photographs, renderings, videos, audiovisual content, graphic elements, texts, interfaces, digital configurators, software, product sheets, illustrations, layouts, creative concepts, artistic and artisanal workmanship, stylistic combinations, and the distinctive elements characterising ANIMA EDIT SHOES footwear, are the exclusive property of the Company or are licensed to the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

2. Trademarks and Distinctive Signs

The trademarks “ANIMA EDIT SHOES”, “ANIMA ORIGIN”, the stylised “A” and its positioning on the sneaker, as well as any additional distinctive sign, denomination, logo, symbol, or identifying element used by the Company, constitute registered trademarks or otherwise protected distinctive signs pursuant to the applicable laws.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, registration, imitation, alteration, dissemination, or exploitation of the aforementioned distinctive signs, whether in whole or in part, including any confusingly similar use, is strictly prohibited.

3. Protection of Designs and Creative Works

The footwear, models, aesthetic configurations, material combinations, decorative elements, artistic workmanship, and stylistic solutions developed by the Company may constitute works protected by copyright, registered or unregistered designs, industrial models, or creations protected under applicable laws.

Any total or partial reproduction, counterfeiting, slavish imitation, commercialisation, distribution, creation of derivative products, or any use capable of generating confusion with ANIMA ES products is strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to take any action necessary to protect its rights.

4. Use of the Website and Its Contents

Users are authorised to access and browse the website exclusively for personal, informational, and purchasing purposes.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by the Company, it is strictly prohibited to:

• copy;

• download;

• modify;

• distribute;

• publish;

• resell;

• reproduce;

• extract data;

• perform scraping activities;

• carry out reverse engineering activities;

6. User Generated Content and User-Submitted Materials

Should the User transmit to the Company images, suggestions, ideas, feedback, reviews, or any additional content, the User represents and warrants that they hold all rights necessary for the relevant use and grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence for promotional, commercial, and communication purposes connected with the ANIMA EDIT SHOES brand.

It is understood that the Company shall not acquire any rights over personal data potentially contained within such materials, which shall be processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Infringements and Protection of Rights

Any unauthorised use of the content available on the website may result in civil and criminal liability pursuant to applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to:

• request the immediate cessation of any infringement;

• seek compensation for any economic and reputational damages suffered;

• initiate judicial and precautionary legal actions;
